Welcome to Forest Lake Community where Florida Escape is located. Upon opening of the gates, you are welcomed by Florida colors and palm trees!

When opening the front door of Florida Escape, the blue colors welcome you and make you feel at home right away! The kitchen is stocked to prepare a great dinner or snack. The living rooms offers seating for 6. Stepping outside, you have an umbrella for needed shade and a grill at your use.

This townhouse sleeps 6 people! ! One king bed, one queen bed and 2 twin beds and 2 bathrooms upstairs await. With an extra powder room downstairs!

There is one parking spot available and the garage offers parking to one car as well.

Forest Lake Community gives guest the luxury to enjoy the heated pool with lounge chair and covered outside tables for a picnic.

Inside the Club House awaits a gym area and books for you to read! Stepping outside Townhouse Fox, the clubhouse is just a couple of steps away!

The community is close to shops and restaurants, about 25min away from Fort Myers Beach and close to a nature preserve.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is available for rent with a minimum of 30 nights. Guest need to file a application with the HOA, we are here to help you with that. The application fee is to be paid by guest. After approval with the community, booking will be final.
