Welcome to Forest Lake Community where Townhouse Fox is located. Upon opening of the gates, you are welcomed by Florida colors and palm trees!

The townhouse sleeps 4 upstairs with each it's own private bathroom! A designated office upstairs with adjustable desk, ideal for remote workers.

In house washer and dryer are provided on the 1st floor. An downstairs powder room is added!

The living area is designed with modern furniture and the kitchen is stocked with all the basics you need! A comfortable couch and a large smart tv.

Outside covered patio seating area for 4, provides the welcome shade on a warm summer day!

Forest Lake Community gives guest the luxury to enjoy the heated pool with lounge chair and covered outside tables for a picnic.

Inside the Club House awaits a gym area and books for you to read! Stepping outside Townhouse Fox, the clubhouse is just a couple of steps away!

The community is close to shops and restaurants, about 25min away from Fort Myers Beach and close to a nature preserve.

PLEASE NOTE: This unit is available for rent with a minimum of 30 nights. Guest need to file a application with the HOA, we are here to help you with that. The application fee is to be paid by guest. After approval with the community, booking will be final.

This unit has no garage space available. A designated parking spot on the driveway is for use.
